Breakfast was very nice. It included a great selection of food. The hotel location was also pretty good. There are many restaurants nearby. Shopping is also very near.
The room smelled strongly of sewage. Staff were unable to address it, it was disappointing. Junior suites were like regular rooms. I think it's a bit overpriced.

the staff provided helpful meal recommendations and each one proved excellent i liked the lovely wood beamed ceiling in my room the location was also convenient near st angelo water bus stop this provided easy access to piazza san marco. i found the beds to be comfortable and the linens were very clean.
i booked a beautiful room and it was on the ground floor this meant that the only window faced a common guest patio losing privacy when dressing was an issue a guest even knocked on the window once.

The location was convenient. I EASILY reached St Mark's Square. It was about a ten minute walk. I also found the Rialto Bridge was only a further five minutes away. The lady at reception gave useful tips. She suggested where I could find a well priced gondola ride.
I noticed a VERY slight smell in one of the hallways but it quickly dissipated.
